But I would say that I received an excellent treatment at Weston Endodontic Care. My Dentist, Dr. Lauren Tink, showed a genuine interest in my well being and made great effort to minimize pain and discomfort throughout the entire procedure. Other staff members at the clinic were also caring and helpful. I even received a text message from Dr. Tink in the evening asking about my wellbeing, which is lovely. I was referred to Weston Endodontic Care by the dental emergency care the other night, when, tired of being in pain for months after a root canal, I couldn’t take it any longer and wanted to see what was going on. The endodontist that did my root canal back in February, not from this practice, told me my tooth was fractured and had it to be extracted. I was scared and doubtful. I’m 44 and I don’t want to lose a tooth that was otherwise in perfect health until January. The emergency place sent me here. From the first moment, the staff has been responsive. I left them a voicemail at 9pm and the following morning they called me back at 8.30, giving me an appointment at 4pm the same day. They understood the urgency and my fear. When I came in, the staff member was friendly. There was no wait. And most important thing: they took the time to listen to my story and what happened. They showed empathy and humanity. From the dental assistants to the doctor. Dr. Tink is the one that scheduled me for a revision of my root canal the following day. She has been listening to me. She understood I’m an anxious person and spent time explaining me what was going on. During the procedure, she went so above and beyond to explain me what she was going to do at every step of the process. If you are an anxious person, you know how valuable that is. I didn’t feel anxiety or fear at any point since stepping into this office. And by the way: my tooth doesn’t need removal, it just needed a root canal done correctly.! They also have state of the art technology that I haven’t seen in any endodontist place. They clearly invest in the highest quality machinery and that is reflected in their pricing, which I was glad to pay. It’s not all. At 8pm that evening, after my procedure, Dr. Tink personally texted me on my cell to ask me how I was feeling. She knew I was afraid of being in pain and not being able to sleep. Overall, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Tink, her two dental assistants (I don’t know their names), Elena at the front desk and everyone there for making me feel welcome, understood and most important safe and in capable hands. There’s no other place I will ever use for myself or my family if I need a root canal. Thank you.
